Reece Jones is always at the ready to provide reactive maintenance services for a range of facilities. We offer updates on call-outs with the best engineers and tradespeople for each job requirement. All work is checked for compliance and signed off for audits to ensure we deliver in a timely manner
Fabric Refurbishment & Installation
From refurbishments to installs, we can provide a tailored solution to meet your requirements and ensure your facilities are completed to a great standard. We refurbish properties to future-proof them for an ever-changing workplace with key priorities and sustainability taken into account
Electrical, Plumbing & Compliance
Our electrical compliance services include PAT testing, fixed wire testing, fixed appliance testing, electrical rewiring and all emergency lightning call-outs. We are Gas Safe fully accredited engineers, and we also complete commercial electrical installation. We ensure that our client’s electrical systems are operating effectively and efficiently
Civil Works
We can provide anything from minor pothole repairs, to large roofing works and carpark re-surfacing and re-lining. We accommodate all projects with our project manager on site and adhere to all necessary RAMS and Health and Safety accordingly. We also carry out cable ducting and trenching, plinths & bases and other minor repairs and modifications.
Drone Surveys
We use drones to survey roofs and large areas of land. Proving an efficient, cost effective and safer way to collect accurate data. Drones capture high-definition videos from above, enabling us to minimise the use of scaffolding and access platforms, therefore posing fewer health and safety risks. Our drone pilots are trained and certified.
